Placing Order

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. You will also receive an email from our automated system every time the status of your order changes. Periodically, customer support will update the notes on order and shipping information, which will be available for viewing through your account, using the order number.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed, which is indicated by the shipping state "Ready". When an order shipping state is changed to "Shipped", the order is in the final stages of processing, packaging, and shipping, it can no longer be canceled. 

Shipping Times

Our standard shipping varies according to location, usually, it is between 3 - 5 business days. Additional time may be required for dispatching pending on the type of item and its availability at the time of purchase. Typical dispatching time for items is 1 business day. Some other items may require 1 - 5 or 1 - 3 business days in order to be ready for shipping. You are advised to check on "the ready to dispatch in" status on the display page of each time.

Hajastore express shipping across all states in Nigeria is between 1 - 2 business days.    

Shipment Tracking

Hajastore.com makes every effort to provide timely and accurate shipping status and tracking information on all purchases, to include freight shipments. However, our ability to provide this information is dependent on the supplier. All customers will receive email notification of shipment, to include tracking (as available) when an item ships. Please ensure that you provide an accurate email address at checkout.

If you are a registered member of this site, you may check on the status of your shipment at any time by clicking on "My Account," and navigating to the "View Order Status," and "View Shipping Information" sections. This store's customer care staff will make periodic updates on the status of a shipment which may be viewed there.

Shipping and Return Policy

We are devoted to making your life easier, and get your package to you safely and quickly. All purchases of items from hajastore.com are made according to a shipment contract, and your purchases are subject to this policy. Therefore;

  • The risk of title and loss of purchased items pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. It is, therefore, your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is valid and up-to-date and you received the items.
  • For complete transactions on hajastore.com mobile application, mobile site, or website, you shall be the importer on record for customs and taxation purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon between the You and Hajastore.com.
  • For all complete transactions on Hajastore.com mobile application, mobile site, or website, all risks of loss or/and physical damage of products purchased would be accepted solely by You upon physical delivery to the specified address.

 

To return a shipped item to hajastore.com, please follow these steps:

  • Items shipped from Hajastore.com can be returned if valid for return within 7 business days of receipt of shipment. If your return is invalid, you would be informed at the moment you initiate a return.
  • Initiate return via the contact form if you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.
  • Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason space or in your mail.
  • Prepare the item by place the item in its original package includes the packaging slip and all the original ag and document in the package.
  • Upon contacting you via email or call, email a picture of the items to be returned.
  • In case of replacement of purchased items by choice after delivery, ship your package with a paid return
  • label. This label can be purchased at any package delivery provider (NIPOST, EMS, DHL). Otherwise, Hajastore.com will arrange for pickup of the purchased item only on the first time of a valid return.
  • Email a scanned copy of the packing slip or label accompany the return
  • All returns items would be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Thereafter, Hajastore.com will
  • Contact you via email.
  • Email your return picture or scan copy to operations@hajastore.com

Specialty Item Returns

We will provide special instructions for returns on furniture, oversized items, and other products shipped via a delivery service. Please contact our Customer Care for details.

Ineligible Items

We regret that we are unable to process returns on items that are not in their original packaging. Additionally, This website is unable to process a return for items that are identified as either on "Clearance" or "Sale," or items that are listed as "Final Sale." This policy also applies to items that are identified as "non-returnable" or "ineligible for return" on their product page.

Return Timeline

All eligible products must be returned to This website within 7 days of delivery. Any items received after the 7-day return period will not be processed for return and will be returned to the sender. Additional shipping charges may apply. Hajastore.com will attempt to process all returns within one (1) week of receipt.
